$19 Pesto Encrusted Whitefish Fresh whitefish from local waters , encrusted in pesto bread crumbs and sauteed in white wine, whole butter and lemon juice, served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.

TUESDAY

$36 Cold Water Australian Lobster Tail 8 oz. lobster tail steamed to perfection, served with drawn butter and fresh lemon.

WEDNESDAY

$18 Fresh Lake Perch Lake perch lightly breaded then deep fried to a golden brown and served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.

THURSDAY

$23 Pork Chop ala Chloe 12-14oz. French cut pork chop pocketed with prosciutto ham, fontina and fontinella cheeses, grilled to order and finished with a shiitake mushroom chardonnay sauce.

FRIDAY

$18 Fresh Lake Perch Lake perch lightly breaded then deep fried to a golden brown and served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.
$19 Herb Broiled Salmon Fresh Norwegian salmon broiled in white wine, whole butter, and lemon juice, topped with fresh herb butter.
$18 Broiled Door County Whitefish Fresh whitefish from local waters broiled in white wine, whole butter and lemon juice, served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.
$18 Walleye Pike Fresh walleye pike pan-fried or broiled, served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.
$18 Coconut Shrimp Six large shrimp covered in coconut breading, deep fried to a golden brown and served with mango vinaigrette and fresh lemon.

SATURDAY

$29 Tenderloin ala Oscar Center cut beef tenderloin, charbroiled to order and served on grilled asparagus, topped with lump crab and finished with hollandaise.

SUNDAY

$24 Roasted Bone-In Half Duck Roasted and glazed with an orange garlic teriyaki sauce, topped with fresh scallions and toasted sesame seeds, and then served on a bed of wild rice
